With over 15 years in recovery and wellbeing, and 1000+ hours of trauma-informed Breathwork training, I’m devoted to guiding others back to safety, presence, and alignment.

After a personal journey from trauma, addiction, and disconnection to deep healing & purpose, I now hold space for others to move from fear to freedom. My work weaves ancient wisdom, nervous-system-attuned practices, and the healing rhythm of conscious connected breath.
