With over 15 years of experience in recovery and wellbeing, and 1,000+ hours of trauma-informed breathwork training, I offer grounded spaces for regulation, reflection, and deep reconnection.

My work spans corporate environments, NHS settings, recovery communities, and deeply held one-to-one and group containers.

My approach weaves ancient wisdom with nervous-system-attuned practice, and the restorative rhythm of conscious connected breath.

Whether supporting leadership teamsfrontline professionals, or sensitive individuals, the intention remains the same: to restore safety, presence, and inner alignment.
