Today was one of the most profound and moving experiences of my life to date. Through gentle tears my body moved in a soothing energetic ebb and flow of something far greater than myself. The cold, heavy, empty black hole in my being that up until now has been a permeant fixture grew smaller today. For this I will be eternally grateful , and I look forward very much to anymore time that I get to spend learning from and healing from such a compassionate and professional woman.

Breathe for RecoveryI really felt the breathwork. I could feel it through my body. It was an unusual experience as usually I’m not great with meditation , but this really made me feel relaxed. I didn’t feel stressed or anxious. It felt like my whole body was tingling and it was a bit of a rush. I’d highly recommend breathwork to anyone as I found it really helpful and coming from someone who struggles to concentrate that’s a massive achievement.
