I really felt the breathwork. I could feel it through my body. It was an unusual experience as usually I’m not great with meditation , but this really made me feel relaxed. I didn’t feel stressed or anxious. It felt like my whole body was tingling and it was a bit of a rush. I’d highly recommend breathwork to anyone as I found it really helpful and coming from someone who struggles to concentrate that’s a massive achievement.
