For 1:1 Sessions, Group Ceremonies, Retreats & Guided Programs

This work is sacred, intentional, and deeply personal. Whether you’re joining me for a private therapeutic session, container, ceremony, or retreat, you are stepping into a space built on trust, choice, and mutual respect.
These Terms & Conditions are here to honour your journey and uphold the integrity of the space so that we can move together with trust, care, and personal responsibility.
By booking, enrolling, or participating in any of my offerings, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:
General Agreement
By booking or participating in any of my offerings, you agree to the following:
· All offerings (1:1, group, retreats, programs) are a full energetic and financial commitment.
· No refunds or cancellations are offered unless otherwise stated.
· If you’re unable to attend, you may gift or sell your place to someone else (please notify me in writing).
· You are responsible for reading all contraindications and ensuring you are fit to take part.
1:1 Therapeutic Sessions
Breathwork, Somatic Integration, Nervous System Support
· Rescheduling or cancellations require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for face to face appointments. This is due to venue hire terms, which charge me in full after this point.
· Cancellations within 7 days: A 50% session fee will be charged.
· Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows: Full session fee applies.
· I understand that emotional dysregulation, trauma responses, or overwhelm can arise. If this is happening for you, please don’t disappear reach out. I will always meet you with compassion, and we can explore options together.
Group Ceremonies & Day Events
Seasonal Circles, Womb Work, Cacao, Sisterhood, etc.
· Non-refundable once booked.
· You may transfer your place to another person, please email me with their details before the event with at least 2 days notice
· If I need to cancel due to illness, venue closure, or emergency, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer.
· I’m not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation. Travel insurance is recommended.
Retreats
Immersive experiences
· Deposits are non-refundable.
· If cancelling more than 90 days before the retreat: Refunds are available minus the deposit.
· Cancellations within 90 days: No refund, unless your space is filled.
· You may transfer your booking to another participant (with my approval).
· In the rare event I need to cancel, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
Courses & Programs
RETURN to breath, RETURN to womb, RETURN to safety
· This is a full energetic and financial commitment.
· No refunds for missed sessions, dropouts, or change of mind.
· Payment plans are honoured as agreements. Please communicate if circumstances shift. I will always hold that with care.
· In extenuating cases (e.g., health crisis), I may offer a transfer to a future cohort at my discretion.
Health & Breathwork Safety
Breathwork can bring up strong emotions and physical sensations. You are always in choice here. You agree to:
· Read all contraindications before participating.
· Disclose any health conditions or medications.
· Understand this is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
· Pause or stop your practice at any time and reach out for support.
Contraindicated Conditions may include (but are not limited to):
· Schizophrenia or severe psychiatric conditions
· Bipolar disorder
· Epilepsy or seizure disorders
· Heart conditions/extremes of blood pressure
· Recent surgery
· High-risk pregnancy
Mutual Respect & Relational Safety
This space is trauma-aware and grounded in shared responsibility.
I will show up with care, presence, and integrity, and I ask that you do the same.
If something arises; financially, emotionally, logistically – I invite you to stay in contact.
We can co-create clarity, rather than fall into rupture or disconnection.
Final Note
When you say yes to this work, you’re saying yes to yourself.
You’re also saying yes to a container that honours boundaries, safety, and sacred reciprocity.
