Towards the end of 2023 I decided it was high time i committed myself to a programme of 1:1 support with Vicky, to help me on my healing journey. I am currently 4 weeks into a 12 week “Breathwork Return to Safety Container”. During each session Vicky creates a beautiful safe space. So far I’ve experienced powerful emotional releases following the breathwork practices, which have blown me away. Painful emotions held within my body are being released – they’ve been truly amazing to experience and like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I firmly believe that by doing this inner work with Vicky I am gradually healing on a deep level which will lead me towards a happier, more purposeful and joyful life. Vicky is truly amazing. She is genuine, passionate and extremely gifted in the healing work she does.
