By engaging with this website or participating in any offerings, whether a 1:1 session, group experience, retreat, or program – you are entering into a shared agreement.
These Terms of Service exist to honour our work together, offer clarity around mutual responsibilities, and hold the container of our relationship in a way that is ethical, collaborative, and boundaried.
Services Offered
Through this website and associated platforms, I provide:
· Conscious Connected Breathwork (1:1 and group)
· Nervous system regulation and trauma-informed support
· Ceremonies, retreats, and immersive experiences
· Online and in-person training programs
· Educational materials and resources
These services are offered for educational and personal development purposes, and are not intended to replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
Scope of Practice
While my work is therapeutic in nature, I am not a licensed medical or psychological professional.
As such:
· My offerings are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
· You remain responsible for your wellbeing before, during, and after our sessions or programs.
· If you are currently under medical or psychological care, I recommend that you consult your provider before engaging in deep breathwork or somatic practices.
Bookings, Payments & Participation
By making a booking, signing up for a program, or attending an event, you are agreeing to:
· Honour any payment plans or agreements entered into.
· Participate in a way that is respectful, non-disruptive, and consensual — for yourself, others, and the container.
· Take full responsibility for your personal decisions, experiences, and wellbeing throughout.

Health & Safety
Breathwork and somatic practices can sometimes bring up strong emotions or physical sensations. You are always in choice and can pause or stop at any time.
You agree that:
· You have disclosed any relevant medical or psychological conditions before participating.
· You understand that contraindications may include: schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, epilepsy, pregnancy (unless cleared), heart conditions, recent surgery, or unmanaged trauma.
· You accept responsibility for your participation and will seek additional medical or therapeutic support if needed.
Confidentiality & Privacy
· All personal information you share with me is held confidentially and stored securely in accordance with GDPR (UK/EU data protection law).
· I will never share or sell your personal information.
· In group settings, confidentiality is co-created. You agree to respect and protect the privacy of others.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website including words, graphics, videos, recordings, documents, practices, and course materials remains the intellectual property of Vicky Middleton, unless otherwise credited.
· You are welcome to use resources for your personal use only.
· Content may not be reproduced, shared, taught, or distributed without prior written permission.
Right to Refuse or End Service
I reserve the right to respectfully pause or end our working relationship if:
· Boundaries are repeatedly crossed or unsafe behaviour arises
· Payments are not upheld, and communication breaks down
· Your needs are outside my scope of practice (in which case I may refer you to more appropriate support)
This is never done lightly and will always be approached with care, transparency, and in service of safety for both of us.
Limitation of Liability
By engaging with this website or participating in my services, you understand and agree that:
· You are fully responsible for your choices, actions, and interpretations of any guidance shared.
· I (Vicky Middleton) am not liable for any outcomes; positive or negative that arise from your participation.
· You release me from any claims of harm, loss, or damages that may result from your engagement, except in the case of proven gross negligence or unlawful conduct.
