I contacted vicky through a recommendation from a friend, and from the start , vicky was amazing at explaining, with clarity, how to work through my 121 breathwork session. She managed expectations really well.
But what can i say about my treatment so far? It was undeniably life changing. I’ve been feeling trauma literally stuck in my body, and Vicky has helped to facilitate and guide that energy out of my body in the most incredible way. It’s hard to explain it fully without experiencing it, but all I can say is that once I had one trial session, I knew she was the right person for me. I feel safe in her space, which, for me, is extremely important. Where she facilitates the session is also important. The room is warm, and you can feel it has been energetically cleansed.
Breathwork with Vicky is a magical, life altering experience, and I can recommend that if you are looking for expert guidance, Vicky is the woman. If only 6 starts were available.
