Breathe for Recovery
Therapeutic breathwork & wellbeing sessions to support members who are recovering from mental health, drugs and/or alcohol. Members will be guided to uncover saboteurs with the breath, whilst learning to regulate the nervous system and complete healthy stress cycles to reconnect to a healthy state. This programme is based on practices from our Breathing Menu, EFT, Behavior Design Coaching and Somatic practices
3 Phases of the 6 Week Programme
Phase 1
SAFETY
Functional breathing and resource techniques and practices to optimize relaxation and safety in the body.
Phase 2
SELF
Breathing practices and techniques to recover a sense of self whilst identifying sabatoers that disrupt the nervous system.
Phase 3
SERENITY
Breathing practices and mind-body techniques for emotional release and to deepen the bodies innate calming capacity
I really felt that the breathwork is so beneficial to my recovery. I truly believe that this should be part of treatment. It was the best workshop I’ve ever done.
